I think most of us probably agree that a late degree ascendant is generally significant to the matter at hand. It suggests that the matter has already concluded (already has an outcome, whether or not you know what it is), or it is too late, meaning there is not much that can be done about the matte... Hi Weepingwillow, We've had other posts up about cars, including charts, which you might be able to find if you search around a bit. I would also recommend this article, which is here on Skyscript: http://www.skyscript.co.uk/cars.html Forum: Horary & Electional Astrology Topic: Which significator for a used car? I hate to challenge anyone's judgement, but the Sun exalted in the derived first makes me wonder about Narcissism, which is a complex often associated with sexual addiction. As we have discussed before in this forum regarding thieves, even well dignified planets don't always behave in ways that are ... Hi Jimmy, I have moved this out of the horary tribe and into the mundane astrology and world events forum because I think it fits this area of astrology much better. We don't typically pose "challenge" questions in the horary forum, other than charts with known outcomes that are divulged a... Wow. I am sure some astrologers out there have studied this area of astrology and might give some of their wisdom. I would think natal would be more helpful, and in studying charts of sex addicts (comparing them to his chart for any connections). For example, Tiger Woods, Henry VIII, Michael Douglas... Well, I guess I should have paid a lot more attention to Saturn retrograde in the 5th and Mars retrograde in Virgo,a barren sign. The Moon in her fall contacting the lesser malefic as the ruler of the 5th sign was obviously to weak a factor to successfully indicate pregnancy. I also didn't pay enou... Hi Pete - maybe with the early ASC and family member asking the question, it would help you feel more secure in the reading if you get a physical description of the man, to make sure that his significator fits him? Cancer rising with Moon in Scorpio would probably be a fleshy/over weight man, probab... Saturn and/or Mars (the malefics) probably rule insects, especially those that make one's life miserable. Lilly assigned them for gnats and flies, for example (Mars for cockroaches). I had a friend who asked me about a return of infestation with mice and Saturn rx ruled the mice (I know they aren't ... Seiko, please try to be more respectful of other members of the forum. I think I have warned you several times already about your conduct. It is probably unintentional, but your tone can come off as antagonistic and probably makes other posters uncomfortable or upset, which is not the sort of energy... By the way, I've just reviewed another her article "The classical use of triplicity" and noticed that the day triplicity ruler for watery sign changed to Venus. I've heard it before at other traditional astroforums, but at this site for long time Mars was only ruler for both day and night...
