Hi Deb, You're right, as simply as the chart shown, my friend is put into jail finally. The sentence is 11 months. The Judge is very harsh, he pointed out all negative judgement towards my friend. He is concerning whether the Judge will announce he is gulity and if so, what is the sentence. Of course the most concern is if he will be sent to prison, this is the worst cas... What is the result of the lawsuit ? My friend the querent involved a criminal lawsuit, the trial hearing already finished today, but the sentence will be announced this Friday.
