well, i would say that chart gives a negative answer.
mercury retrograde is a bad sign and the moon and mercury are in the 8th house that is the house of the loss.
so i do not know if the aspect between mercury and moon changes anything.

L1 moon in 3rd house od short trips in mercury in terms of planets

L10 mars in 9th house of long travels in Jupiter in triplicity

moon does not make an aspect to mars

so i guess the answer is no

also mercury is retrograde

if someone has more thoughts?
