Thanks for the update. I honestly wouldn't be surprised either way. On one hand you have the difficult Mars-Saturn square but on the other hand you have a super strong Mars receiving Saturn. I honestly don't think it is as cut and dry as you assume. That could explain the delay. Mars can be quite forceful in horary so I hope it works out in your favor. If not, it is their loss.

Thanks so much. If they don’t respond I’m going to be surprised just because the organization is super focused on race relations and at the very minimum, it’s not a good luck. Interestingly enough, I was talking to someone this week (about another issue) and they confided in me that they were on the same board and always felt like they didn’t fit in and couldn’t be their best on this board because it was so rigid. Very interesting but so in line with what I’ve shared so far. They will have to update their website eventually so once I see new board members I’ll make sure to circle back. I know it’s not fun to not get a firm answer.

They likely did. I know one person that was fighting for me. Unfortunately it was only one tbh. It’s for the best. It’s not a space for me to thrive being the youngest, no matter how much experience and expertise I have. My time is much better spent elsewhere.
