I have been looking at the chart of the first acknowledged Covid case in china - 17 November 2019.

Mercury in that chart is at 12 degrees Scorpio, the degree of the Sun when the US election results will be in. Now that's predestination!

The chart you are using seems to be for the 2nd of February 1781. This is for the ratification of the the Articles of Confederation. The Articles of Confederation were signed at the Second Continental Congress on November 15, 1777 in Philadelphia and then put out to each of the 13 states for ratification. Maryland finally ratified the Articles on February 2, 1781which gave enough states approval for the AOC to come into legal effect. However, the Second Continental Congress didn't act on this until March 1 1781, when it officially proclaimed the Articles of Confederation to be the law of the land. So there is an argument March 1st is the operative date for the AOC rather than 2nd of February. I am not aware of times for either events so were are relying on rectifications.

This certainly was the first attempt at a formal US government although a the 13 states had been co-operating closely before this in the Continental Congress. Even before the vote to separate from Great Britain on 2nd July 1776 and the Declaration of Independence on July 4th 1776 the 13 colonies had declared war on Great Britain in 1775. The AOC was a very loose association and the participating states still had considerable autonomy. This ultimately rendered it rather ineffective and there were increasing demands for a stronger union between the states. The AOC was displaced on 4th March 1789 when the constitution of the USA came into legal effect. I confess I much prefer this latter chart as it gave legal authority for the creation of modern American political institutions such as the Presidency, House of Representatives, Senate and Supreme Court. The new Constitution provided for a much stronger federal government by establishing a chief executive (the President), bi-cameral legislature, courts, and taxing powers. It is also the only AA chart for the creation of the USA I am aware of. I recommend this chart to others as it is very radical in picking up political developments in America. This was the other chart Dane Rudhyar advocated along with the Sibly chart for 4th July 1776.

Thanks Mark, the constitution is more logically than other things to be depended on as you said, because it is like a marriage constitution. However, when I looked at Plato’s words (the state as the person), I thought about some of the similarities between them, and concluded that:
A person is born, then dies. And between birth and death, there is activity and influence through various powers and policies in life, such as Self-policy first, then home politics, then civil politics.

So, we have a birth, and we have various powers, and policies, then I asked myself: On which of these things should we build the nativitie's ascendant ?

Yes I missed this one. I dont subscribe to Mountain Astrologer at present. I dont suppose you or someone else here could help me list this astrologer? The clock is ticking.lol From the Mountain Astrologer website I noticed her prediction seemed to involve the fixed star Betelgeuse???

So what I need to list this:

Country: ?

Zodiac used: Tropical or Sidereal?

Techniques used?

Does she predict a Trump or Biden win?

Hi Mark,

I'd rather remain anonymous as astrology (mainly traditional natal, some mundane) is a private hobby for me and I work in an industry where it would be frowned on.
