She is very aggressive and smart and was able to fight off another offer on a good deal, which I presented to her. She is also young and athletic, so Aries fits her. I am kind of glad I didn't get this house because although the aesthetics are not as nice, i ended up getting a more affordable place and it has less maintenance to deal with. I also like the location better. Another thread I had showed that I needed to wait for prices to fall and in this case I am saving at -1.125% interest rate and the home price fell before I made an offer. My lender told me that I am lucky and that "the stars are aligning" for me because she said she rarely sees a sale move so fast and smoothly. I would say it is not luck though, it is just a team of aggressive and organized people, including myself. Congrads! Quote Fri Dec 11, 2020 12:48 am

by Tanit3333 Do you think there is a sign of another house in this particular chart eventhough the question does not contain other options? Classical horary would say cardinal signs indicate "many" and the 4th lord is in Aries, as is the Moon (which helps describe the situation). This could support having many options. I might argue that Mercury in the 4th describes the home asked about best because it represents stones of many colors and that describes the tile work on the front of the home well and it lords darker colors and browns and although the home is green, it has browns in it too and is made of very dark colors and the green has brown tones to it. The home I am purchasing is more consistent with an Aries/Mars color - it is a very light shade of a faded yellow/beige and is also very sunny and lacks foliage, unlike the other home which was darker even outside the home (I think Scorpio describes that too). Mercury possibly being the green home does not aspect the ascendant lord nor the Moon and is tied up with Jupiter/Saturn in Capricorn, which is what I would describe happened. I had no opportunity to even try to get the home due to the seller already working with someone else and also my old realtor ghosting me when I needed them the most. They actually never contacted me again at all. I have no idea what happened to them other than a disagreement we had about something and them saying they could recommend other realtors if I wanted one. I said I was fine with working with them and they never responded back. It was very unprofessional and odd. The realtor I first had was an older woman. Quote Fri Dec 11, 2020 8:34 pm
by Morganite Tanit Thank you for answering my question. I was under impression that Venus on IC could be a house that would not work due to her detrimental state. Moon applying to lord of 4th house cadent Mars might your be second option despite the fact that moon and mars are out of orb. Have a wonderful Friday! Morganite Quote Fri Dec 11, 2020 9:17 pm

by Tanit3333 Thank you, Tanit! Do you think this is an identification of your house? I think it is the chart indicating that a new realtor would help secure a home and perfect the matter of finding a decent house. Quote Sun Dec 13, 2020 7:04 pm
by Morganite Tanit I apologize for so many questions. Wouldn't an agent be 5th house? Quote Sun Dec 13, 2020 8:32 pm
by AmeliaS Morganite I think the chart here stresses the advisory role of the realtor - and the importance of good advice and counsel - instead of her intermediary role. As Ouranos pointed out Ms Deb Houlding has said about House 9: "...Counsellors and advisors generally fall under the principles of the 9th house when they act in an advisory capacity." https://www.skyscript.co.uk/temples/h9.html But I agree it could be House 5, too, especially in matters of speculation. "Diplomats, ambassadors and agents - those who negotiate as an intermediary with the intention of finding agreement between others." Most of all I think it's important we follow the lead of the chart. The most notable testimony is Moon's conjunction in House 9 with Lord 9. So Tanit pondered over all possible meanings of House 9 and acted according to it. Amelia Quote Mon Dec 14, 2020 5:47 am
by Tanit3333 Interesring thing to note: I closed today on the home when the Moon was in partile conjunction with Mars in Aries (which also made contact with my natal planets in Aries) so that likely further supports the significance of the aspect in this chart. Quote Thu Dec 24, 2020 8:39 am
