A relative of mine passed away and my cousin is handling bureacratic matters with my mum,who inherits the house of the deceased. Since I never got on very well with him I decided to ask whether I can trust him,not so much in relation to my mother,but more because when my mum passes I inherit the house and he`ll probably handle the bureacracy, as he knows a lot about the topic.
I confirm from the chart that I like him better than he likes me as I ,mercury, receive him. But Im in superior position ,possibly indicating his envy since my parents always had more than his.
But is this enough not to trust him?

ps very late libra is in 3rd so I used scorpio for him
