Thoughts on the pattern of Frida Kahlo's natal chart

1
Hello - I am hoping people can help me with a few questions I have about the pattern of Frida Kahlo's birth chart

What are your thoughts about the pattern and its meamning? How does the pattern express itself energetically? Finally, thoughts about how all of this played out in Kahlo's life?

I am on the precipice of becoming an intermediate student of astrology, for which I have great passion. However, I am stuck on these issues and would be very grateful for your input. Many thanks in advance for your thoughts and your time.

A hint: Concern the fixed stars. Algol is on the MC, Alcyone on the Moon, Scheat on Saturn. And there are more conjunctions.

There is a book by Oscar Hofman about the fixed stars where he discusses Frida Kahlos chart in the main affecting fixed stars. Unfortunately I think it is not available in English. The German version is named “Die Fixsterne im Horoskop – Mythologie, Mondhäuser und Konstellationen” (Chiron Verlag).

That's probably the best book available on fixed stars. Together with Robson's classic.

Hi Libran1015: I was catching up on posts on the forum and came across your initial question about Freida Kahlo's chart pattern and noticed it wasn't answered directly. Many years ago, I studied her bio and chart and am a fan of her art. The information pointed out by others regarding the fixed stars was fascinating in her chart, but on to your question.

You're probably aware that these chart patterns were identified by Marc Edmund Jones and have become essentially canonized into modern astrology. Other astrologers have since added and renamed patterns. I tend to stick to the original 7 that Jones pioneered because they are easy to remember. Just lazy, I guess. lol

Frieda Kahlo's chart shape is a locomotive, with Uranus as the lead planet. This indicates a person who is driven by innovation, independence, and a desire to make significant changes in their life and the world around them. They are original thinkers who value freedom and may often find themselves challenging conventional norms and pushing boundaries.

This chart pattern aligns well with her life and personality because she exemplified the innovation, independence, and unconventionality associated with Uranus, and her life was marked by significant changes and a strong drive for personal and social expression. Frida's innovative and original art, marked by surrealism and personal narrative, set her apart from her contemporaries. Kahlo's rebellious spirit, fierce independence, and progressive political activism demonstrate her alignment with Uranian qualities. Her life was filled with significant disruptions, including a severe bus accident, and her eccentric and unconventional lifestyle made bold statements about her identity. Kahlo's art reflects deep emotional and psychological insight, showcasing her intuitive and insightful nature.

Anyway, I hope this helps to answer your question.
Regards.
