Keep in mind that I'm a woman and I'm asking as if my partner is either a woman or a man. I am not sure in this case which significator to use.
My ruler is Mercury in Capricorn which is the detriment of Jupiter. Also 7th house is in Pisces which could mean multiple affairs.
Now I am not sure if I take the Sun or Venus as my co-significator, as I said, my partner could be either a man or a woman. Jupiter is in Gemini which shows some affection towards me, but still it is not Virgo, which is Mercury's more preferred sign. It could mean that my future partner loves me because he seeks love. I remember Frowley writes that when the ruler of 7th house is in the sign of the the planet that's not the sign of 1st house he says it's like the wish to love someone, but not for the person himself/herself.
Moon is my "heart" and emotions which is in 1st house and Libra in its own Decant and Mercury's term. This shows that my emotions are focused on my self.
I will take Venus as my other co-significator which is in Pisces and in Decant of Jupiter. Jupiter has sextile with Venus and trine with Moon. But no reception with Mercury.
So I think I analysed what the relationship would look like, BUT not if it will happen.
I vividly remember that for some events to happen there is necessary a faster planet between two slower or a slower for two faster. But no significator of mine is close to Jupiter's degrees. I guess nothing will happen.

I think we should see 5th house at first - falling in love. DSC usually describes specific person. When you have interested for someone you like/love/want. Not at all.
5H Ruler Saturn in 6th house, sextile with ASC Ruler Mercury - you can meet someone at work, people around you. Uranus in 9th house trine Mercury - the person can be with different religion, nationality, from abroad. Or you can meet him while attending courses or travelling. Both 5th house rulers are in good signs to Venus (Taurus/ Pisces) It will be true love. Pars Fortunae conjunct your ruler Mercury - i think you will have luck to find what you need.

The Moon trine Jupiter , DSC Ruler - you want serious relationship, but Jupiter is Retrograde - you will be waiting for. Not so quickly.

Moon trine L7 Jupiter, the possible partner, is a mutual application! Jupiter is in a sign of L1 Mercury. Definitely YES.
Jupiter is retrograde: Maybe somebody will come back to you?
Venus conjunct Saturn squaring Jupiter: difficulties, delays in love, but Venus is dignified by exaltation and therefore stronger than Saturn: The problems will be overcome.
South Node in the 1st house: Hindrances of your self image and motivations.
