According to Frawley’s rules for this event chart Portugal wins:

L1, Germany, is in the 7th house meaning under control of Portugal. Venus L10, the winning house of Germany, is caught in the 4th house, the winning house of Portugal. Two strong testimonies for Portugal. Mercury, L7 is in the 7th: 3 testimonies for Portugal. The Moon is applying to the cusp of the 10th: 1 for Germany. So Portugal wins according to John Frawley.

Same for sunday. Spain in Portugals control,both under the beams,Spains victory venus in the 4th by Placidus and Regio houses but in a diffeent sign than the Aries IC. But Moon in scorpio will square Portugals victory Mars in the 8th. Not sure about this one

If everything is connected sports is no exception. Maybe we are not able to understand the complexity of astrological indications, do not understand which charts to use and when, but to try to verify this disability I do not consider foolish.
