Evidently, many times Forum members only read the original poster's first page and don't follow thru reading other comments by the various contributors; sounds very much like Mercury Rx on this one.

Anyhow I posted a definite Mercury Rectrograde mistake:

What's bothering me is the horary's overall end of the matter, the horary's fourth, it's lord Kronus/Saturn is Rx, and I understand that puts a hamper, a restriction upon our querant and artist in her consultants about this horary. Because I look at the 4th, end of the matter, and it's unaspected; no aspects mean No action.

In that the lord of the end of the matter, the 4th was Mercury being Virgo and Not Saturn. Again Mercury Rx is making no Traditional Ptolemaic aspects. No aspects generally mean No action!

As most of you know generally when someone promises one something under a Mercury Rx, most of the time the promise is not kept. Will the poster, our querant truly post the results? I have seen a few individuals keep their word or promises under Mercury Rx, but they are few and far between!

Also, as the 4th of the 5th(the horary's 8th) is also ruled by the Rx Saturn, and Saturn has no aspects which generally means no action.

So I'm wondering as our poster has been silent on this query as she may not have the doctor's verdict as of yet, is she pregnant as my original hypothesis stated?

And I know this is a sensitive issue for her as she and her man don't want a baby at this time. But is the lord of the 4th of the 5th(children) saying with no aspects and rectrograde that:

1) there is no pregnancy?

2) there may be a miscarriage or some complication resulting termination?

3) That if she is pregnant it may end in an abortion?

Again, I'm Not trying in any way to be insensitive to our precious querant on this delicate issue, only trying to solve the riddle of the quesited! Nor do we know the state of the querant's natal horoscope and the options left open to the querant.

I think it's a no. The moon although in a fertile sign is in fall. I think the fact that the moon is in the 5th and Venus the sig of the 5th is in the sign of moon's exaltation signifies the querent would like to be pregnant.
However the moon has passed an opposition with Venus already and the Moon is in Venus's detriment.

OK, here is the update:

I am not pregnant.

Thank you for keeping your word and posting the results; it show real character under the Mercury Rx for one to keep their promises!

And Yes as you read this query had me fooled in the beginning. But those End of the Matters just didn't correlate with what I had originally thought and the same with many artists as you have read on this one.

That's why when Mercury is Rectrograding I try to hide from people who wish to ask me a horary!

My "patron" from the birth chart is Mercury in Virgo in 10th house (11th Whole sign) and I have never had problems with its retrogradation.

Well, I guess I should have paid a lot more attention to Saturn retrograde in the 5th and Mars retrograde in Virgo,a barren sign. The Moon in her fall contacting the lesser malefic as the ruler of the 5th sign was obviously to weak a factor to successfully indicate pregnancy.

Still, it's quite puzzling that the close applying aspect with the angular Sun in a fertile sign failed to confirm pregnancy! I've seen charts with much worse indicators which actually showed conception and the pregnancy also brought forth a perfectly healthy child.

Like Tanit, I also think this might show that it's not really over

I also didn't pay enough attention to the opening statement where she mentioned that the potential pregnancy was an unplanned (perhaps unwanted?) accident... I apologize for not being much help, as I am in graduate school now and am focused on the biological sciences!

In any case, it sounds like the outcome that was wanted was the result. Still, like Goran, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a pregnancy in the near future.
