206 by john Just asking for clarification on the procedure for using the 5th cusp: By primary motion the 5th moves to Venus. By primary motion Venus moves away from the MC. There were enough horses in the Oaks to support a poetic Venus without going any further. Are we to consider not just the first aspect the 5th makes but also the second to the chart for the race by primary motion? Are we saying that we also consider secondary motion, that is Venus will transit towards the MC of the race chart? Quote Sat Jun 06, 2015 6:18 pm

(the Gemini bit) Mercury rules knowledge (Gemini) and skills (Virgo). Is that what you mean? If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true. Quote Sat Jun 06, 2015 6:24 pm
208 by ModWasp Are we saying that we also consider secondary motion, that is Venus will transit towards the MC of the race chart? Yes, ephemeral movement. Mercury rules knowledge (Gemini) and skills (Virgo). OK. As i see it, in this chart it's Saturn and the Moon. Verum e Quote Sat Jun 06, 2015 6:49 pm

Do you also consider the second aspect (Saturn), and the dispositor of the first indicated planet (Moon disposing Venus)? Quote Sat Jun 06, 2015 8:33 pm

211 by Jupiterhead What are you crazy cats on about? The first 3 aspects are: 1. Tri-decile (108) - Mars/Gemini - 0.30 2. Quincunx (150) - Venus/Cancer - 1.18 3. Square (90) - Saturn/Sag - 1.83 1 Qualify 2 Legatissimo (to be performed as smoothly and connectedly as possible) 3 Lady Of Dubai (Saturn rules the 4th (places)) If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true.
