The purpose of these exercises is to test our skills delineating charts. I suppose its inevitable some people will put their energy into trying to work out the date of birth and location from the configuration of the chart. We cant stop people doing that. Just as we cant stop people subsequently googling to try and find the identity of the person if they so choose. However, that doesn't mean we should be encouraging such speculation on the forum. It rather defeats the point of the whole exercise. If you want to do this privately its your choice. But please stop speculating on the identity/location of the Mystery chart person here.

I stick to my first choice. But upon realising it was a female I became more doubtful. My sources say she was born on 8 oct 1981, and photos of her show a typical Capricorn face. But I doubt it is her.
Someone in another forum said chart B belongs to that date due to the Jupiter Saturn conjunction in 81,even before Mark posted the charts with the new planets,.
But 8th house look very strong in this chart anyway, thats why Im surprised nobody mentioned a criminal element , as Mars isnt exactly benefic in this charrt ,being out of sect

I promise I won't do it again... and glad to hear the mystery is still intact.

The only really sure way to avoid people finding the person in advance is to use an unknown chart, known only to the poster, a person with something interesting or unusual about their life that might reasonably be expected to show up astrologically. This would also have the advantage that the birth data could be published, and everyone could choose their own house system. But I realise this would be more work for the poster, who would have to write a mini-bio (unless the question was just kept very limited, like the "which one has career X" charts that James posted recently).

Sure, no problem.

I said, "Chart A appears an emotionally sensitive, but revolutionary politician or businessman of some sort."

Emotionally sensitive comes from the Pisces planets (Sun, Mars, Mercury) at the 7th (the public). Neptune's trine of these planets from the mindset 3rd doubles the sensitivity.

Revolutionary comes from Uranus and Pluto (the two planets Ebertin associates with "revolution") bracketing the Ascendant.

Politician or businessman comes from Mercury's rulership of the MC, while being located at the 7th (career thrust directly involves the public) combined with Saturn in the 6th, pointing to possible administration or organization, ie. big business or political feel). The Moon in Capricorn underscores this theme. With Mars oriental, the idea of beating one's drum for a cause comes up. With Mars conjunction to the Sun and Mercury (ruling Asc and MC!), he is beating the drum for a cause and that cause centers on himself.

Following Tyl, we have six basic channels... Sports, Creative Expression/Aesthetics, Performing, Communicating, Helping, and Administration.

For the administration channel, we expect Mercury, Saturn, Capricorn, Virgo, and the 1st, 2nd, 6th, 8th, and 10th houses. This is the channel that stands out in this instance. Chart A lends strenght to the idea that aspects are more important than signs,With Mercury in Pisces he could never be a great ddebater, it took the Mars conjunction and probably Uranus. Pisces is the theme( the downtrodden)

Someone pointed out to me privately last week that starting out a Mystery chart thread with Moon in Scorpio and Mercury Rx in Pisces possibly wasn't the wisest time to do it.........

So it has turned out. I owe you all a very big apology. I totally screwed up here.

Its very embarrassing to admit this but I made a stupid error in recording the date of birth for this second chart. Yes I should have checked and double checked my chart data before presenting it publicly like this. Its not asking a lot. I seem to have had a total mental block on this issue. Incredibly, I recorded the year of birth as 1981 rather than 1971! No wonder noone could track down who this was! I do seem be living out that Mercury Rx in Pisces incarnate here. I have now realised this chart is on Astrodatabank and correctly presented there.

I'm very sorry. I know a lot of you of you put a lot of hard work into your delineations so it was really sloppy of me to miss something as basic as this. You all deserve better than this. I can only sincerely apologise for wasting your time like this.

So what do we do from here?

If you just want the identity revealed to put a line under this messy affair I will do so asap. I would certainly fully understand your perspective.

Update,i give up cause I know swho it is. Surprisingly in this case it wasnt the MC or 10 th house the key.
Mars and the Libra,as well as the air emphasis ,are the key.
Still,id bet on a religious fundamentalist,given the 9th house,Jupiter emphasis plus Mars rising

It is the only person in ADbank born on that date, I think, so anyone who guessed correctly might be under suspicion,given how easy it is to find
