I am working on this Chart.

Unfortunately it was the Wrong Chart .... But the above Data is the correct one.

So we've got Intercepted Signs in the 11th 5th Axis.

WooWoo - Did you make a horary for the event? It didn't cross my mind to ask. I tend to agree with those who say horary charts for serious personal issues tend to be more reliable than those asked out of curiosity, etc.

Because of the specifics of the US-American constitution I would
allot the 10th house to the Republicans, who rule the senat now,
(Venus), and the 4th house (Mars) to the Democrats, being in the
opposition.

After a short time of being void of course, the Moon will perfect
her next aspect with Mars, making the Democrats to be the win-
ners of this election.
