2021 European Floods

In mid-July 2021, the Low-pressure area caused heavy precipitation in several regions of Germany. Within 24 hours, with a focus on July 14, 2021, more than 150 liters of rain per square meter fell in some places, including 154 liters in Cologne-Stammheim. The German Weather Service put the return period of such an event at more than 100 years and possibly 1000 years.These rain masses caused severe flooding. Nordrhein-Westfalen and Rheinland-Pfalz were particularly affected. For the two federal states, Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer triggered the military disaster alert on July 16, 2021, to increase the Bundeswehr's ability to act with regard to disaster relief.

The most important here is that Neptune and Poseidon are most exact on July 14, four days after the new moon, the day when the flood disaster was worst.

On July 14, 2021 at 23:42 :

Neptune : 2° 47' 24''
Poseidon : 2° 47' 29''

Poseidon : 2° 47' 24''
Discrepancy : 00' 19''

And next days the difference between Neptune and Poseidon will be increased.

European Floods

Some parts of Western Europe received up to 2 months worth of rainfall in 2 days (14 and 15 July) on soils that were already near saturation. The top 1 meter of soil was completely saturated or well above field capacity after the intense rain in the most affected regions of Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

Köln-Stammheim is a railway station situated at Stammheim, Cologne in western Germany.

The most striking of more than a dozen records was set at the Köln-Stammheim station, which was deluged in 154mm of rain over 24 hours, obliterating the city’s previous daily rainfall high of 95mm.

Linchi, I've been watching the European flood news, and it's good to see the planetary picture for this.

Under this same New Moon we are having unprecedented heat here in northern California. Many fires burning, smoke everywhere. Baby hawks are jumping out of their nests to escape the burning sun. An affected town that had to be evacuated due to smoke and fire danger is Lake Shastina 122W25, 41N29. Linchi, is there a planetary picture for our heat and fire condition? All I can see from the New Moon chart for this area is Uranus in Aries partile by degree quincunx the Scorpio 20 degree ascendant...no where near precise minutes or seconds.

According to the Hamburg School for fire there are many different planetary pictures, depending on what or where is burned. But main planets are Mars,Uranus and Zeus.

It is important to take the lunar phase as radix, which took place immediately before the event. If fire started earlier than July 1, you should take the full moon that occurred on June 24.

Uranus = Mars/Zeus

The main chart for the year in Fagan-Allen Solunars (the Capsolar, a chart for the Sun's entry into Sidereal Capricorn) located to the geographic center of the 50 states had the Sun [for heat] conjunct Pluto [for record breaking] on it's Desc for that location.

I sometimes use charts located to the geographic centers of the 48 or 50 to see how they may relate to the country as a whole. They may play out as natural or man made events. In the case of individuals it may indicate how a person is viewed by the majority of the population.

The source of the extreme, record setting, temperatures is the Sun. That they would be extreme and record setting is shown by it's conjunction with Pluto.That they could be widespread is suggested by the conjunction with a geographic angle of the country.

Thank you, Linchi. I was a bit fuzzy on the evacuation date as I don't live in Lake Shastina. But the extreme heat is continuing under the current New Moon with abnormal high temperatures we have never seen in July. We don't have nearby fires at the moment, only periodic smoke and poor air quality. I don't know if extreme heat qualifies for a planetary picture as fire does?

According to Hamburg School :

Extreme heat : Mars/Vulcanus = Aries Point

But I would also take Mars/Zeus = Sun.
Heat waves increase risk of death from heart disease and circulatory problems. The main planets for the heart problems are Sun,Mars and Zeus.

A thermometer outside Furnace Creek Visitors Center in the heart of Death Valley showed 134 degrees Fahrenheit shortly before 4 p.m. (2000 GMT) on Sunday (11.7.2021) , although a National Park Service ranger said it typically measured higher than the official reading.
