What went wrong with my complaint?

2
Hi:

I thought I would post the chart and then give my interpretation at a later time.

I had filed a complaint with a Human Rights Commission about a process I was involved in with trying to obtain a student grant. The student loans people did not appear to be following their own procedures (as outlined in the student handbook) which ultimately meant that students with disabilities had less money available to them than able-bodied students, which is discriminatory. I had asked to receive the full amount that was on offer and for the student loans people to revise the handbook. My complaint was denied but the lawyer who was the adjudicator did not seem to understand what I was saying. So I'm trying to figure out where I went wrong (or if I did) or whether there was a lack of understanding on their part (or bad writing on my part).

The hour ruler is Saturn, which does not match the ASC in any way and Saturn in the 7th is the other Consideration Before Judgement.

I hope to post my interpretation tomorrow.

Thanks.

Here is my reading:

1. Saturn in 7: either corrupts the judgement of the Astrologer or is a sign the matter propounded will come from one misfortune to another. (Lilly, CA)

2. The players in this drama:

A) Me: Sun/Capricorn/6 (face, 6th = -1) Ruler of 1
Moon/Capricorn/5 (triplicity, detriment, 5th, decreasing, USB = -5)
Ruler of 12 (my undoing)

B) The investigator (lawyer): Jupiter/Aries/9 (triplicity, terms, 9th, direct, occidental, free = +13) Ruler of 5 (agents)

C) The adjudicator (lawyer): Venus/Aquarius/7 (terms, 7th, direct, occidental, free = +17) Ruler of 10 (magistrates)

D) The written complaint: also Venus = +17 Ruler of 3 (communication)

E) Student loans: Saturn/Aquarius/7 (domicile, triplicity, 7th, direct, occidental, free = +19 Ruler of 6 (public servants)

F) Human Rights Commission: Mars/Gemini/10 (peregrine, 10th, direct, occidental, free = +6) also sitting on Alderbaran Ruler of 9 (law)

G) Money: Mercury/Capricorn/5 (terms, 5th, direct, oriental, USB = -1)
Ruler of 2 and 11 (my money and money awarded by the adjudicator)

H) Communication from the adjudicator: the Moon (3rd from 10th) (-5)

Interpretation:

The Sun is applying to a sextile with Jupiter. The Moon is becoming exact with Jupiter in a square - this would probably refer to an email I sent off to the investigator after receiving the adjudicator's email which was very negative and dismissive. So perhaps the Sun suggests I will have further communication with the investigator. The Moon, in the sign of the adjudicator, is separating from a square with the 3rd house cusp which might suggest that the adjudicator was not happy to receive my complaint.

However, the adjudicator is sitting in the back pocket of the public servants (Venus conjunct Saturn, both unaspected to traditional planets), so what does/do he/they care? They have all the money they need and so are opposed to the poor person sitting across from them who filed the complaint. (They are separating from a square with Uranus (dispositor) so they don't want a scandal?) The HRC is ready for a fight, sitting on Aldbaran, but let's hope it's hand-to-hand combat because they have zero weapons (peregrine) and money (Mars inconjunct Mercury).

My complaint is also sitting in the back pocket of the public servants and I'm guessing that the email I received from the adjudicator was a threat, something that will potentially be used against me if I continue to push in any way for resolution and/or apply for funds in the future.

The Moon applies to the square with Jupiter, then a conjunction with Mercury, an inconjunct with Mars, trines the Node, then semi-sextiles Venus and Saturn, and then conjuncts the Sun.

I'm guessing that once it conjuncts the Sun my name is mud forever despite the fact that my complaint is valid (Venus = +17). So I'm telling the truth but the adjudicator will smear me anyway (Moon = -5).

And there goes the last of my naivete. :-sk

Any and all feedback greatly appreciated.

Hello Moonbright,

To simplify your chart, I looked at your chart like a lawsuit with the ruler of AS Sun and the Moon (you) the 7th House Saturn (the opponent) and the 10th House Venus (the outcome).

You
Leo ruler Sun cadent, late critical degree at the end of your rope.
The Moon in detriment in Cap squaring Jupiter in the 9th of lawyers and legal papers(and ruling the 8th of loans in Pisces)
The Moon also conjunct Mercury quincunx Mars with the midpoint formula ME/MA=NE showing the dispute over the loan (Neptune in 8th).
And your significators are not related by a friendly aspect to Venus (the outcome)

Opponent
Aquarius ruler Saturn in rulership conjunct to an applying VenusL10 (the outcome) in the 7th and both Angular.
The establishment has the upper hand in the outcome.

The Sun about to change sign and the Moon who was never able to perfect the conjunction tells you to turn the page and move forward.

Best to you and good luck in the future,
Ouranos
Blessings!
