Three police officers allegedly abandoned a paralyzed woman (Moon/Saturn) and subject to physical compulsion (Sun/Zeus) on a sidewalk at the end of September and failed to assist a person in danger.
The testimony of six eyewitnesses disturbed by the way in which the woman was left on the public highway, in front of the HLM where she lived, around 4:35 p.m. She had been arrested an hour earlier in front of the school of her child, with whom she was forbidden to come into contact.
“They took the lady out of the car, they dragged her in pairs, as if you were throwing away your trash. They left her like that,” described a witness. “The policeman didn’t care about the lady,” said another one.
A first call to the 911 came in at 4:50pm EDT (chart above) and it took 1 hour for an ambulance to arrive on the scene.
The 3 police officers (Neptune/Zeus = setback, impotence) have been arrested and an investigation report has been submitted to an independant authority.
