The Mid-November New Moon chart has a tight Mars-Uranus opposition attached to its lunation axis. In the chart cast for Washington DC, the lunation and opposition lie along the 2nd-8th house axis (as seen in the chart below), The Ascendant is at the same degree as the October 14th solar eclipse and transit Pluto is conjunct its IC.

Interestingly, Anthony Fauci's (long time resident of Washington DC) natal chart (time unknown, so a noon chart was used here) has the same tight Mars-Uranus opposition, that exactly aligns with the one in the New Moon chart. In addition, the October lunar eclipse hit Fauci's natal Jupiter at 5 degrees Taurus.

By itself, Mars-Uranus is sudden, unexpected and surprising.
It can mean accidents, surgery or action in the field of technology.
As you know midpoints, I would look for the answer in the natal midpoints. Unfortunately, we do not have his birth time.
For an event happening to him, we need a natal Sun midpoint (body injury)

As for the Fixed Stars, Algol & Cie, I remember participating in a thread on this 'malefic' star and I pointed out that a lover of mine in my earlier years had the Sun conjunct Algol and she founded a shelter for animals. Another member mentioned someone he knew who went on Red Cross missions in war areas.
My take on this is that it can be very good to have these stars in difficult circumstances in life. And if I was in a life threatening situation, it would be a blessing to have someone around me to help out with Algol or Unukalhai in his chart.
