This expert system helps interpret charts by treating astrological information in a new way. Mastro’s expert system includes a corpus of thousands of keywords. However, while concurring on all that this astrologer is a leading proponent of the possibility the 2024 Presidential election could lead to a ''contingent election'' meaning neither candidate gets to 270 Electoral College seats. He previously predicted in September 2023 Joe Biden would not go forward to the election in November and cited Kamala Harris as his likely replacement. His suggestion of the possibility of a contingent election would lead to a political scenario where Congress would vote on who should be President and and Vice President. Its theoretically possible in this scenario the candidate of one party could be voted in as President while the Vice President could be selected from the other major party. The discussion of a contingent election begins at about 38.00 minutes into his March 2024 video. He has released a second video on 25.10.2024. He still thinks a contingent election may occur but seems to think this may result in a Harris Presidency as he sees her astrology as better than Trump's. There is no sound on this second video for the first 53 seconds until the astrologer realizes the technical issue.
