This is a horary chart, using the Regiomontanus system, cast on June 4, 2025, at 13:11 in Madrid, asking whether the Spanish president, Pedro Sánchez, is about to fall from power.

The government is currently surrounded by many corruption scandals, one after the other. It’s a fragile coalition, with different parties — many of them opposing each other — and the situation seems unsustainable. Still, the president refuses to resign. Some members of the president’s own party are calling for new elections, and there are several audio recordings that strongly suggest corruption.

On the other hand, this is a man who is very attached to power — he even wrote a book titled “Manual de Resistencia” (Manual of Resistance), which clearly reflects his intention to hold on to power at all costs.

Gere my judgment:

According to John Frawley, the government is signified by the 10th house, which in this chart has 29° Taurus on the cusp. That makes Venus the significator of the government.

Venus is at 28° Aries, where it is in detriment.

Venus has just entered the 9th house.

It is about to change signs and enter Taurus, its own domicile, which is also a fixed sign.

Frawley says that when a planet representing the government is about to enter its own sign, it may mean the government is “going home” — literally — as in resigning or falling from power.

Uranus is exactly on the cusp of the 10th house, which can signify sudden rupture, collapse, or unexpected downfall.

Now, regarding the Moon:

The Moon is in Virgo.

It is in square with Jupiter, which is in detriment. This turns Jupiter into a malefic planet in this context.

The Moon is also in conjunction with the antiscia of Saturn.

Saturn is in its fall, in Aries — meaning it is also in detriment.

And since the antiscia takes on the dignity of the planet bodily, according to Frawley, that antiscia is also in detriment.

The Moon is conjunct it, at the same degree.

My Doubt:
My doubt is this: Venus, which represents the government, is about to enter Taurus, where it gains essential dignity. Also, the Moon is about to change reception, moving into Libra, where it will receive Venus, and Libra is Venus’s domicile.

So, here I see contradictory testimonies.

On the one hand, I see three strong testimonies of fall:

Venus about to change sign — which could mean going home (resigning).

Uranus exactly on the 10th house cusp.

The Moon square Jupiter in detriment, and conjunct the antiscia of Saturn in it´s fall..

On the other hand, the fact that Venus is entering its own sign, and that sign is Taurus, a fixed sign, could suggest that the government might emerge strengthened from all this.

Also, the Moon, which in political charts often represents the people (especially in election questions), seems to be about to favor Venus by moving into Libra, where it receives it. Though scandals don´t tend to move people towards goverments, . (Even though this is not an election question.)

I feel something is missing — perhaps a significator for events themselves? That’s my interpretation, but I’m not an expert.

And One More Thing:
I see clear indications that this government is going to fall, and soon. If you can see the same, I’m not sure how to calculate it with precision, but I have a theory:

I believe it should be judged from the Moon, since in horary the Moon often shows the unfolding of events. The Moon is at 28° Virgo, so there are three degrees left before it changes signs. The Moon is in a mutable sign and in the 2nd house, which gives a medium time frame. My interpretation is that this could mean three months.

Venus is also at 28° Aries, so again, there are three degrees left before it enters Taurus, its domicile. Venus is in a cardinal sign and in a cadent house, and that combination usually means a quick time frame — which I interpret as three weeks.

So, in my estimation:

If we judge from the Moon → three months.

If we judge from Venus → three weeks.

I don’t think this would be three years, since that would mean completing the full term.

But again, I’m still learning, and I’d really like to know what others think.
