Solar returns & planetary aspects

1
In a recent solar return analysis, I noticed the SR Mars in the first house of the SR chart exactly on the natal Uranus in the 6th house; this conjunction was not good for the native. The SR Mars in Cancer is retrograde & out of bounds. Uranus in the natal chart is her Ascendant ruler. So, when would this promise begin in the year?
The promise began when Mars was exactly square Uranus by transit on 17 June 2025, walking into the bathroom, she slipped on soapy water on the floor & unfortunately broke her wrist. Although I have not seen this method of prediction anywhere, it is worth noting the exact aspects between natal & SR charts & the two planets involved & their houses would kick off during the pair's transit aspects. Interestingly, Mars was in its fall

Zosma,

Recently, Dr. Jenn Zahrt gave a lecture for NCGR, San Fransisco Bay Area chapter

"Your Holographic Chart and Transits"
She will soon publish, if not already, a book on the subject based on the work of the late astrologer Robert Blaschke, a "holographic" view of your chart.

She begins with the concept of lunar phase, as articulated by Dane Rudhyar, and extend the phase concept to other planets in the chart. Once we identify our many “phases” active at birth, we can then see what celestial “cohorts” we belong to. This technique also applies to transits, adding a powerful new technique to your astrological toolkit.

It is based on the angular distance at birth between 2 planets.
From what I understood, Blaschke used it mainly between the Sun and the other planets.
But your example is a good way to see that it can extend to other pair of planets, everything being a cycle within a cycle.

The first time I saw it applied by an astrologer was in the 70's by a Swiss astrologer, Mrs Huguette Hirsig who called it 'transits by resonance'. I haven't really mastered the technique, which would imply that I would understand the smaller cycle within the larger one.
Let's take an example, which is one thing I have retained from this concept and an extension of the work of Blaschke. If you have a conjunction VE/MA at birth, every time there is a conjunction VE/MA by transit in the sky, no matter if it touches your chart or not by transit, you will feel this ''transit by resonance'. In your example again, a conjunction was formed between the natal and the SR. It would suggest that this person became 'sensitive' to the cycle MA/UR in the sky for that year. My own interpretation here.
Another question raised: When a conjunction by transit of VE/MA happens in the sky, do you react like the phase cycle existing in your natal? And to what extent, if it touches one of your natal planet does it modify the nature of the new cycle unfolding?

That is a very interesting subject to investigate.

Best to you,
Ouranos
Blessings!
