Identifying Significators 1 by Laura Young Hi there Hope someone can give me some guidance with the following: I am viewing 2 properties tomorrow with the view to hopefully purchasing one of them. However they both in there own way have the potential for noise. One is a ground floor apartment and the noise may potentially come from an upstairs neighbour - so I am assuming the significator for this is the 3rd House ruler? The other is a semi rural location with dog boarding kennels within eyeshot of the property but not directly next door and not the only property near this house. Not sure as there are pets involved with the kennels if the 6th house should be used as a co-significator for this one? Finally if and when I decide to sell which ever one of these properties I purchase I'd like to be able to identify if I could profit from the sale. I realise the price of the property I purchase is signified by the 10th house so wondered if the 11th house should be looked at in terms of profit from a future sale? Many thanks in advance Quote Sun Jul 26, 2015 1:02 pm

So each house should have its own question: Should I buy this house a? and another question: should I buy house b? And in every single chart have special regard to the special problems of the house, like the neighbor (3rd house) as to the chart of the first house, and the animals (6th house) as to the chart of the second house. The price of the the house is signified by the lord of the 10th. To see its future development I would follow the advice of Frawley and "consider the condition of Lord 10 now, its condition as it moves forward through the zodiac and the condition of its present sign - fixed signs showing lack of change. (The Horary Textbook, p. 169). Quote Mon Jul 27, 2015 12:51 pm
3 by johannes susato The following is certainly not the case in your questions, but I quote Frawley again, The Horary Textbook, p. 170: "If the house is being bought primarily for profit, whether to improve and sell on or to let out, the profit is shown by Lord 5 (2nd from the 4th: the house's money).
